Restaurant Roundup — The Best Delivery-Only Restaurant Websites
February 11, 2021
Introducing our favorite ghost kitchen concepts online.
While the ghost kitchen industry has been growing in popularity over the past few years, the number of active delivery-only restaurants has skyrocketed after COVID-19 shut down indoor dining in many parts of the country. Delivery-only concepts are low-risk ways for restaurateurs to test new markets and cuisines and require little overhead or access to capital.
As 2021 is set to lead the digital transformation of restaurants, delivery-only restaurants need to ensure their website — their literal digital storefront — is set up for success and optimized to convert visitors into paying customers. That starts with restaurant website design best practices and powerful revenue-driving tools like online ordering. For restaurateurs who are starting (or looking to start) their very own concept, we hope these examples serve as inspiration. Introducing the best delivery-only restaurants.

Tiny Taqueria was born out of necessity. As COVID-19 has put The Green Door Tavern through hard times, this ghost kitchen concept was an idea that grew into a reality. Seven days out of the week, diners can place orders directly through Tiny Taqueria’s website for pickup at The Green Door Tavern or for delivery.
While many delivery-only restaurants are single cuisine concepts, some restaurateurs are imagining something bigger.
